I have always had an entrepreneurial spirit. At the young age of 20, I bought my first Wienerschnitzel franchise. Over time, I went on to operate 7 in 3 states. I suppose I self-taught myself about the value of sales, management, marketing, and advertising. This experience led me to understand the importance of communicating effectively to hit your goals! I grew up in Albuquerque and was surrounded by people who were in real estate. This led me to explore a true interest and curiosity of what it takes to be a real estate agent. I put that dream on hold and first went into accounting, financial advising and learning how to be a skilled negotiator. This experience was a fantastic building block to becoming an amazing realtor. I thrived in accounting and went on to explore taxation law, bankruptcy and dealing with probably the most feared government agency, the IRS. My experience is vast and pivotal to my success today. I have lived in Albuquerque for 50 years and know the market very well. I have an amazing ability to communicate with people of all socio- economic and educational backgrounds and have a true love to help everyone live their dream of home ownership! I am a great listener and can gauge when it is my turn to jump in and solve whatever needs to be solved. I do this with tremendous amounts of patience and integrity, and never lose sight of my morals. I have found that this financial background has been a true asset when the negotiations become difficult. I find that I can truly represent my client’s needs and interests like no other realtor. I don’t shy away from conflict and will go all in to get the best price whether it is for my buyer or seller. On a personal note, I have been married to my soulmate, Brian A. Eagan, Esq, for over 12 years. We share tremendous respect for each other and support all causes related to human rights, equal rights and donate time to people in need of consultation on financial, taxation and legal rights. This unique experience helps us give back to the community we love, and support those who need a helping hand. All this spirit is also seen in every real estate transaction I jump into.
