Entrepreneur, Investor and Aikido-nerd. Super exited about the digital transformation i the Waste and Recycling Industry. Today I focus primarily on making businesses grow. But it's not companies or businesses that change the world. It's people! So my heart lies in people that use technology to make the world better and I try to help where ever I can. My background is as an entrepreneur and that's pretty much also how I am today. But nowadays mostly engaged as investor and/or Board Member. I have 7+ years experience with Tech Startups (Big Data, Nanotech, IoT, Sensors) and 18+ years in the Transport sector (Waste- and Recycling). Working today mainly at Gramtec, an investment company in the west of Sweden, focusing on Tech-startups and scaling up businesses. I have a broad knowledge of Business Development, involving Project management, Organization, HR, Sales and scaling up. I also have knowledge in Transport, Trucking and the Waste and Recycling field. My background is in software development. I have a masters degree in Software Engineering and have experience from working with developing websites, databases and testing software for mobile phones, and even some mobile games development back in the days. I have some programming skills and know-how of software project management but most of all I have a broad knowledge of Business Development and Entrepreneurship. A part from this I am a dedicated practitioner of Aikido - a Japanese martial art, in with I have the degree 1 dan (Black belt). Aikido is a unique art, and I work part time at my dojo, as the lead Instructor for Children and Youth classes.
