I hold formal qualifications in Business Management & Business Process Management, professional certifications include Miller Heiman Sales Methodology (Conceptual selling / Strategic Selling / LAMP), Six Sigma (Green) My current work focuses on presales subject matter expertise and pipeline development, incorporating Information Management, Workflow Automation, Cloud Services and associated elements to deliver highly customized solutions for our clients to ensure perfect fit. I believe the next decade will see Intelligent Automation drive further value through smarter BPM, RPA, AI platforms, machine learning & cloud services, and I'm professionally interested in and excited by service models that maintain human-in-the-loop design.
