Planning and services management specialist with strong capabilities in customer value, solving complex problems, strategic servicing and asset lifecycle planning. Since 2006, David has worked in roles related to Sydney Water's waterways and stormwater systems, and is the planning lead for Sydney Water’s waterway health, flood risk, and naturalisation programs. He provides subject matter expertise on flooding and climate change impacts for a wide variety of Sydney Water infrastructure projects. David is frequently sought-out by colleagues and stakeholders for his understanding of waterways and his insights into their contribution to liveability values in the natural and urban environment. David has excellent communication skills and is regarded by his peers and contacts as helpful, insightful and thorough – and good at explaining technical issues to non-technical audiences. Further skills in relationship management, workshop facilitation and group coordination / logistics.
