About Me I'm passionate about helping others by sharing knowledge, leading through servant leadership, and constantly learning. With experience across multiple industries, I bring a unique ability to connect ideas, solve problems creatively, and inspire collaboration. Professional Journey Early in my career, I focused on mechanical design, working on parts, assemblies, and machines for helicopters, heavy aircraft, material handling, and consumer products like tanning beds and hot tubs. I also gained experience in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical design. Running my own engineering firm for five years taught me how to manage a business, lead teams, and balance professional demands with personal priorities. For 18 years at AVEVA/OSIsoft, I transitioned into the software side of industry, where I helped customers solve complex data acquisition challenges. I became a go-to resource for resolving tough customer issues, often stepping in when others had struggled. Customers and colleagues trusted me to bring the right people together and navigate internal processes to deliver results. Strengths & Values I’m known for uniting teams, building trust, and guiding efforts toward meaningful outcomes. My diverse background enables me to bridge technical and business perspectives effectively. Outside the Office I love spending time with my family and giving back to my community. I play trombone in a local jazz band and symphony, and I enjoy mountain biking, hiking, tennis, running, overland camping, and travel. I also recharge through hands-on activities like cooking, metalworking, woodworking, auto restoration & repair, and gardening.
