During my time as produce manager at the Vacaville location I had 3 employees that I trained that moved up in the company with higher roles and upon moving to Vacaville brought that store from 9th in the company to number 4 ranking out of 15 stores. in the Roseville location I had 4. Implemented new process for the Roseville location due to lack of proper transferring of product to other departments. Teaching all employees proper disposal and logging and held accountable ensuring this was done properly and daily. Achievements as associate at Nugget: Received doer of the week title and was named associate of the month twice. Multimillion dollar location within Nugget Markets, the highest volume store in the company. Built great relationships with local farmers and vendors to Davis including Sparks Ranch, Capay Farms, Full Belly Farms and Twin Peaks just to name a few. Designated trainer for all new hires in the produce department, training over 100 employees in the 10-year span in that store. In 2019 I was asked to take on a higher role as produce manager in the Vacaville, CA location.
