Over the years, both Eave and I have grown in purpose and understanding. What began as a mission to address Noise-Induced Hearing Loss has evolved into a broader vision of revolutionising occupational health management across industries where workers are exposed to multiple risks. At Eave, we are committed to developing technologies that not only address hearing loss but also tackle a wider range of workplace-related diseases such as respiratory issues, silicosis, and Hand-Arm Vibration Syndrome (HAVS), caused by environmental hazards like dust, vibration, and volatile organic compounds (VOCs). Our comprehensive disease prevention platform, Peak, combines AI-driven predictive analytics with wearable and static sensors to offer real-time monitoring of environmental exposures. This approach provides proactive insights, helping to protect workers by preventing harm before it occurs. By focusing on the wellbeing of individuals in a holistic way, we enable businesses to meet health and safety regulations more effectively, while also fostering a healthier, more productive workforce and reducing long-term healthcare costs. Eave's solutions have earned the trust of leading companies such as BAM Nuttall, Morgan Sindall, Galliford Try, Skanska, and Mondelez. By working closely with our partners, we continue to innovate and expand our offerings, seeking to elevate the standards of occupational health and safety on a global scale. My background as an NHS Audiological Clinician and my PhD in Auditory Neuroscience have shaped Eave’s foundation of evidence-based solutions. Throughout my journey, I’ve been guided by a deep-rooted belief in interconnectedness, where the wellbeing of one influences the wellbeing of many. As Executive Director of Eave, I remain dedicated to advancing technologies that not only protect but uplift the human spirit, striving to create a safer, healthier future for all.
