David has sold more than $2 billion of real estate to his clients. Some of his most notable sales include 295 Madison Avenue, 485 Seventh Avenue, 180 Madison Avenue, 252 West 37th Street,177 Lafayette Street and 256 West 38th Street, among others. David represented Luxottica, the world's largest eyewear company in their flagship purchase of 1 West 37th Street. David has leased more than 8 million square feet in New York. He has represented a diverse multitude of quality tenants such as Safety National, Donnelly Mechanical and Helly Hansen. He represented Drexel Hamilton, the only 100% veteran owned and operated investment bank. David represented TeamLab the international digital art collective in their lease of at Industry City in Brooklyn. Other notable lease transactions include Walt Disney, Stulberg & Walsh, Klarna, Northrop Grumman, Scripps/HGTV, Verizon, Smac-Ent, Ivy Elite, T-Mobile, Melt Shop, The Little Beet, Sound Cloud, iLeadLaw, Distinguished, BCBG/Max Azria, Cardiovascular Research Foundation, Financial Office of Brazil, Neiman Marcus, Columbia Sportswear, Switch and Data and Jordache. As agent, He has successfully represented 1180 Avenue of the Americas, 1450 Broadway, 30 West 21st Street, 485 Seventh Avenue, 295 Madison Avenue and 101 Fifth Avenue, among others. Prior to NoMad Group, David served as Executive Managing Director and then as President of Brokerage Services for 9 years at MHP Real Estate Services, growing the brokerage from 12 to more than 55 and elevating its presence in the market. He successfully increased revenue year over year while appointing and managing the agents of a 5 million square foot portfolio. David was a member of the Board of Directors of a world-wide affiliate organization for eight years. He served as Chairman for three years, helping to increase the reach of the affiliate organization to more than 200 markets.
