For the last 25 years David Griffiths has been a performance and transformational focused IT Director within the legal sector with a history of consistently developing proactive solutions which enhance business processes and deliver a tangible impact on the bottom line. With a hands-on approach and an exceptional understanding of the mechanics of modern law firms his success includes improvement and efficiency in client and resource management, finance and billing, reporting and management information, compliance and risk management, HR and people services. He has been able to combine his technical knowledge with his understanding of business management in order to deliver significant changes to working practices, business efficiency, profitability and customer service. He possesses in-depth knowledge of legal business processes, technologies and systems, David has a great technical understanding of both the best of breed, and emerging technologies and utilises this knowledge when delivering solutions across all areas of law firms. Both excellent client relationships and healthy financial operations are areas he has spent a great deal of time working on in recent years. The objective in all of my roles is to lead and inspire my team to deliver a five star service, not just good customer service but customer service excellence.
