At Grimm Collections, our clients are our neighbors. For over 65 years we have provided industry-leading debt recovery for a wide variety of clients and industries throughout Washington State and much of the Pacific Northwest. Because we live and work in the area, our staff has a unique familiarity with local business and the local economy, putting us in an advantageous position to collect local debt. Because we serve local clients, when our collectors successfully recover a debt – it not only benefits our client’s bottom line, it benefits our community as well. Larger collection firms rarely see the same consumer for multiple debts due to their vast client base and extensive geographical reach. At Grimm Collections, because we are a family owned business serving local clients, we continuously receive new accounts for the same consumers. Every name is compiled and kept in our exclusive debtor database, allowing us to strategically pursue new accounts based on historical consumer payment behaviors and patterns. Our business philosophy is based upon our fundamental belief that quality service comes from being sensitive to our clients’ needs. This means going well beyond the obvious needs of collecting past-due accounts. It means understanding the need for taking a sensitive approach to public relations, to maintain a positive and constructive approach to collections, to demonstrate a “helping hand” attitude when it is called for, and to always maintain a professional attitude while collecting delinquent accounts.
