As a seasoned Construction Project Manager and Estimator with over thirty years of solid experience in all phases of residential and commercial construction projects, I am the perfect candidate to spearhead your projects while sustaining cost control, quality assurance, and profitability. A few highlights of my credentials include: • Specialized training in “Geodesic” Structural Engineering from the Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory in Cambridge, Massachusetts. • Certified Building Inspector from the Ohio Board of Building Standards (OBBS). • OSHA Construction Safety and Health Certified. • As an entrepreneur and builder/designer, I developed and pioneered building strategies and concepts that led to numerous awards including “Best in Ohio,” “Best Overall Design,” and “Best Outdoor Living Environment,” as well as nomination for “NAHB Energy Efficient Housing Award.” • Contributing Designer of the Parking Structure 5 (PS5) Tracking Solar Array at Arizona State University.
