I am currently the District General Manager at Petco, where I oversee the operations, sales, and profitability of 20+ stores in the South Carolina area. As the District General Manager at Petco, I provide leadership and guidance to the store managers and associates, ensuring that the district goals and standards are achieved. I develop and implement plans, policies, and procedures to maximize profits, optimize inventory, and enhance customer satisfaction.
