With over six years of experience in the hospitality and events industry, I am passionate about creating memorable and impactful experiences for customers and stakeholders. As the Marketing Lead at Lincolnshire Showground, I lead the development and implementation of the marketing strategy, overseeing the promotion and communication of the showground's diverse range of events, from agricultural shows and festivals to conferences and weddings. I work closely with the sales, operations, and finance teams, as well as external partners and suppliers, to ensure the delivery of high-quality and profitable events that showcase the best of Lincolnshire. Some of my achievements include increasing the online presence and engagement of the showground, securing sponsorships and media partnerships, and launching new initiatives to enhance the customer experience and loyalty. Previously, I was the Conference & Events Supervisor at Lincolnshire Showground, where I managed the planning and execution of various events, ensuring the satisfaction and safety of the guests and the compliance with the health and safety regulations. I also have experience as a Hotel & Restaurant Manager at The Castle Hotel and Reform Restaurant, where I oversaw the daily operations and staff management of the hotel and the restaurant, ensuring the highest standards of service and quality. I have a BA in Business & Marketing from the University of Lincoln, and I have honed my skills in communication, customer service management, and hospitality industry. I am driven by the mission of Lincolnshire Showground to support and celebrate the rural community, the environment, and the local economy. I am eager to bring my expertise, creativity, and enthusiasm to the team, and to contribute to the growth and success of Lincolnshire Showground.
