About David Habara

I’m an experienced communications and training specialist with a strong track record in leading teams, driving performance, and managing cross-functional projects. With a passion for people development and operational excellence, I thrive in roles where I can guide teams toward success and deliver measurable results. Recognized early in my career as the top customer service agent at AT & T’s Bratislava branch—and ranked 17th across EMEA—I’ve consistently leveraged strong communication skills and strategic thinking to lead individuals and teams to exceed expectations. Currently serving as a Team Lead Security Specialist at Upstream Risk Management, I combine team leadership with problem-solving and client-focused delivery in a high-stakes environment. I’m looking to take the next step in my career in a management or team leadership role where I can continue to develop talent, build strong teams, and contribute to organizational growth. Let’s connect if you’re looking for a people-first leader with a drive for continuous improvement and a proven ability to get results.
