I have over 10 years of Information Architecture experience developing and leading Architectural Strategies, Concepts, Roadmaps, Patterns, Frameworks, Principles, Recommended Practices and Mentoring. The diversity of my experience spans many Information Architecture disciplines which include: Business Intelligence, Data Warehousing, Data Integration, Content Management, Online Collaboration and Master/Meta Data Management. Principal accountabilities include- Identifying, researching, developing and managing Strategic Information Architecture for multiple Information Architecture disciplines to identify deficiencies in order to take corrective action & adjust strategy- Collecting and translating business priorities into Information Technology Architectural requirements. Includes, identifying people, process & technologies for engagement to meet strategic and/or project objectives- Consulting project team(s) to ensure Strategic Alignment and execution. Includes, re-use of Enterprise Information Assets, Services, Infrastructure and Business Systems- Study technology and market trends to determine the potential impact and opportunities for given Information Architecture discipline- Creation of cost estimates for Strategic and Applied Projects- Identification and realization of cost avoidance/savings through re-use, elimination and/or creation of Information Architecture assets.
