About David Hammett

Raised in a military family, David was born in Germany and lived in a variety of places as a youth. But since 1986, David has called the Nashville area, home. A multi-decade resident of the Williamson County community and a Franklin High School graduate, David has witnessed first-hand the evolution of the Middle TN marketplace. David and his wife, Tara, have three children, Lauren, Logan and Lilly. Lauran lives in Columbia, TN, while Logan attends Baylor University and aspires to grow into the mortgage lending environment, following his fathers’ footsteps. Lilly, the youngest of the three, is a student at Lipscomb Academy and an avid cheerleader. When he’s not participating in one of his many hobbies (woodworking, fly fishing, photography to name a few), David is hard at work. A 30 year-veteran to the mortgage business, David has received countless production awards from his employers and the National Mortgage Bankers Association. An esteemed high producer amongst his peers, David has the lending experience and proven success to provide first-class lending and financial advice.
