I am an experienced messaging architect and consultant, with customers ranging from single sites of 50 users to multinational enterprises spanning 80 countries or more with users. For eight and a half years, I led a messaging support team located in three different countries working to ITIL principles. For the five years, I've been the EMEA messaging administrator for Fragomen LLP, the leading immigration law firm. Pre-Covid, I rebuilt the entire Domino messaging infrasatructure in advance of a migration to Exchange, as well as preparing our systems for global remote working. I have strong experience in IBM Notes/Domino (up to 13k+ users) and Microsoft Exchange (up to 25k+ users), in both homogeneous and mixed environments, as well as numerous threat management technologies. I also have several years’ experience as a Domino application developer and in project management. I am currently based in south east Kent, having returned to the UK in 2013 after almost nine years in Malaysia.
