An expert project manager with a background in real estate finance and appraisals, I have wide ranging experience in real estate development, including financing, design, valuation, land acquisition, and construction management. A skilled negotiator, I leverage strong interpersonal skills to obtain financial stacks funding multimillion-dollar projects and utilize my legal expertise to navigate complex housing and zoning laws, paving the way for affordable housing developments. I’m also a powerful communicator, known for building key stakeholder relationships that drive projects forward. As a leader, I value collaboration, and work to foster motivated and engaged teams, guiding members to complete complex projects on time and within budget. Not content to blindly accept the status quo, as a project manager I’m always looking for ways to improve processes and accomplish goals more quickly and efficiently. In my experience, “it’s not possible” and “it can’t be done,” are often just ways of saying someone hasn’t figured out a better way yet. Key Accomplishments:• Led cross-departmental team in successful acquisition of 17 properties, working with California Department of Transportation and consultants to navigate complex laws and facilitate compliance issues. • Turned around over-budget, behind-schedule condo project by identifying cost saving measures, working with law firm to determine more efficient predevelopment process, saving 6 months and over $200K.
