I am a PhD-level biotechnologist with over 7 years of experience in both research and industry – currently serving as Head of Production at Capricorn Scientific GmbH. My expertise lies in the manufacturing and scale-up of cell culture media, sera, and reagents within a highly regulated environment. In my current role, I am responsible for leading and developing a 20-member production team, establishing new production lines, and driving process optimization in filtration, filling, and scale-up. I work closely with QA, R&D, and Procurement to ensure seamless cross-functional collaboration, compliance with internal quality standards and regulatory expectations and operational excellence.
