Over the past 21 years, I've been working on systems and processes that enhance sales and profits for local businesses. I chose this path after hiring an ad advertising company that ran me a nice ad (for way too long) that didn't generate any revenue for my company. I knew I had to figure out and streamline processes that would grow a business with minimal paid advertising. It took a while but I figured out a process that worked for me. After that, I spent a very small amount on advertising and focused on getting the most out of what I already had happening in my business. The results became a successful company I ran for 10 years. I began helping other businesses implement the strategies I learned and they worked for them too. In my experience, the majority of businesses I come across have the potential to increase sales pretty dramatically without having to spend another cent on advertising. It's just about implementing systems that enhance and fully utilize the assets they already have. My belief is that small businesses are the backbone of our economy, helping the local community in much greater ways than any large corporation could or would.
