For example, while working at Shell, I led a 5-engineer team in design of 20 ultra deepwater HTHP wells with a design savings of $680 million and operational savings of $560 million for Appomattox development, a $5.7 billion project. GLOBAL WELLS and MENTORING EXPERTISE: I was Shell Global Wells Subject Matter Expert and responsible for increasing well construction efficiency and reduce time and cost. I taught well engineering, casing design and software training classes for Shell on a regular basis. I worked as drilling engineer and drilling supervisor on unconventional and SAGD wells in US, Canada and Kuwait reducing rig time by 46% and cost by 51%.
