The three main ideas provide a foundation influencing short-term and long-term goals and objectives. The main ideas, combined with core leadership values, influence resources, elevating the team towards success—core leadership values comprise a commitment to transparency and collaboration. As a servant leader, I strive to provide the team with guidance and insight balanced with the freedom to explore their ideas and pursue new opportunities. Motivating team members can be accomplished through increased professional development opportunities and igniting team member's passion. Continuous professional development combined with the team member's strengths and passions creates an energized environment the whole team shares. Creating such an environment leads to developing synergy amongst colleagues within and across an organization.
