I work with B2B and B2C organisations large and small, all over the world, helping them to define their purpose, to refine and improve their branding, marketing and business strategies and to reorganise to deliver that purpose. For the last twenty years I have been consulting at Board level for a wide range of global blue chip companies, turnarounds, scale-ups and start-ups, working with my network of award-winning designers, top-class analysts and experienced HR professionals. More recently I have also held Non-Executive Director and Chairman roles in both the commercial and charity sectors. Previously I held senior corporate strategy, marketing and organisation development roles at Shell, Carlton Communications (now ITV) and Credit Suisse, delivering business growth and turnarounds, and have managed consulting projects around the world as an SEM (Associate Partner) at McKinsey & Co and as a Senior Partner at Towers Perrin (now Willis Towers Watson) and at Oliver Wyman/Lippincott.
