Building Capabilities • Led New Product Development department and executed Technology Roadmap plan resulting in composites manufacturing capabilities, Nadcap quality certifications, and multiple OEM approved supplier certifications including Bell Helicopter, Lockheed Martin, Boeing, and Airbus. Leading Business Growth • Led start-up and execution of company’s first Reverse Engineering program, a $2M joint-venture. • Established company’s first manufacturing services business line with $1M revenue stream. • Led Executive leadership Business Capture Team to stand-up $200M aircraft PDM program.
