About David Hermele

With a background in Eastern health & wellness, love of nature & the outdoors, and passion for making a difference in peoples’ lives, I help others grow their practice of personal happiness activism. I’m motivated and driven to collaborate with people to create a mission, identify concrete goals, and put in the work to grow happiness. These are some ideas and concepts central to the happiness activism: • If being happy were easy, more people would be happy. It takes work to be happy. I’m here to do the work with you if you’re ready for change. • Trust-Based Adventuring: Neither growth nor healing can happen without trust. It takes courage to trust. I’m here to invite you to be courageous. • Mission-Driven: Let’s work together to create a mission, identify concrete goals, then get on it! • You First: There is a big difference between self and personality. Part of our work together is to develop an understanding of the difference. • Extreme Ownership: Nothing is someone else’s responsibility. Happiness Activism requires that we own our actions. • Direct Communication: It is critical that we take ownership and understand internal conversations as well as how they shape the conversations we choose to have with others.
