Created by Dave Hicks in an effort to meet the needs of clients looking for a more executive touch to the building, remodeling or home rehab and maintenance process, Cedar Hill Construction Group offers Interior Design, General Construction and Construction Management and Advising services to home owners, interior designers, home building clients and/or small scale custom home builders looking for an experienced contractor to assist in their projects. As a builder with Simonini Homes, Dave refined his building practices while learning from one of Charlotte's premier custom home builders. During his tenure with the company Dave learned how to manage the construction process from start to finish and how vital sound construction practices are in producing an award winning home; practices which begin with the foundation and end with a refined and exquisite paint finish. Dave also got to see first hand what quality craftsmanship looked like and has continued to pursue that goal every day, on every project. With over 30 homes under his belt, ranging in price from to over $1.5 million and a near 100% customer satisfaction and referral rating, Dave earned a reputation as an outstanding, unique builder capable of producing high quality homes while looking out for the interests of all parties; homeowners, employers and trade partners alike.
