Motivated to work with good people and innovative organisations. My journey into the tech world follows a successful 15-year career in education, where I honed my skills in people management, fostering result-focused success, and nurturing enthusiasm.Driven by a desire to leverage my educational background to bring fresh perspectives to the tech sector. With my knowledge of Teaching and Learning, Curriculum and professional development I now support education organisations with their curriculum, pedagogy and digital content. With my knowledge of web development I also teach the fundamentals of coding to other students at Le Wagon, making complex concepts accessible in a friendly and engaging manner. As a Full Stack Developer and experienced educational leader, I enhance edtech products, and enable safe, creative, and dynamic teams to thrive. Background in senior leadership equips me with effective communication skills, team leadership, and a dedication to continuous improvement - love the fast-paced world of software development and product.I occasionally post about issues I care about, sometimes about work, sometimes about life, sometimes both. Thanks for reading this far.
