RC Fornax is an Engineering Consultancy focused providing an array of solutions focused on outcome-based packages of work. We provide a bespoke, fully managed service to help remove project resourcing challenges for Engineering and Project leaders across the Defence and Space sectors, and use a collaborative model to add value to our customers supporting projects remotely or on-site depending on the specific need of our customers. We are not restricted by industry or discipline as we utilise the contractor market outside the constraints of IR35 to complete tasks which are defined with our customers, and are able to adapt to all need whether that be for individual SQEP/niche skillets or teams of associates to deliver a certain work package. We have the ability to rapidly scale teams up/down as work progresses, providing our customers with ultimate flexibility. Our in house project management team provides full resource management and regular progress updates against the tasks/deliverables outlined in a Statement of Work (SoW), and through our subsidiary (Epsilon Talent - Technical Recruitment specialists) we are able to engage the best associates the UK contractor market has to offer, regardless of how niche the requirement. In all cases, RC Fornax endeavours to be the determining organisation, absorbing the IR35 risk from our customers, as well as removing their burden of having to managed the SoW's and associates engaged.
