About David Hogben

Throughout my life I have always strived to achieve my best and be honest. By succeeding in these two simple objectives I have always obtained job satisfaction. In addition I am known for my flexibility, lateral thinking, attention to detail, fairness, problem solving and accuracy and can be relied upon to deliver as an individual, team player or team leader. Having spent most of my working life in accounting and commercial management roles following a complete career change I am now getting my hands dirty and undertaking property maintenance, gardening and landscaping. I find the joy to others that the work I now do gives is far more rewarding and satisfying than being commercially responsible for the day to day running of multi-million pound contracts. Looking forward I intend to expand my business and increase profits like all business owners. More importantly though I intend to continue to help raise money for The Foresters Fund For Children through my business as this, for me, is the most efficient way to invest in the future which is our children. I also intend to continue to make my customers smile by listening to what they require and helping them to achieve their goal. Finally, I know that in order to deliver my intentions I know I must be honest, work to my highest standard, listen to the advice of others, be considerate to the needs of others. My objectives can easily be measured. Firstly my business will continue to grow and be profitable. Secondly, and far more importantly, my customers will be happy and so will I. Having now been in business a few years how am I doing? 2015 gardening customer received Canterbury's Lord Mayors prize for best presented front garden, 2017 the only Canterbury handyman service to be listed by Three Best Rated. Customers. My customer base is extensive - tenant, home owner, landlord, letting agent, small businesses to international manufacturers and they live around the world (UK, Ireland, Other Europe, USA, Australia).
