About David Hogue

I'm a seasoned Technical Consultant with over 25 years of experience delivering results at the intersection of ERP implementation, data migration, and quality systems. Throughout my career, I’ve led complex projects that help organizations move from legacy systems to modern platforms—most notably, implementing Epicor's Kinetic ERP. I specialize in data migration architecture, building automated SQL and PowerShell solutions that reduce manual effort and streamline deployment. One of my proudest contributions has been developing a scalable method to transfer data from one Kinetic environment to another—a process that’s since become a foundation for repeatable success across teams. I'm passionate about problem-solving—whether it's developing efficient data pipelines, leading cross-functional migration projects, or training teams on tools like the Data Management Tool (DMT). I also have a strong background in quality auditing, and manufacturing operations, ISO compliance, which gives me a unique perspective when working with clients in industrial and production-focused environments. Whether in a consulting role or behind the scenes building automation, I strive to make things work better—for the team, the client, and the end users.
