I am a constantly evolving leader that approaches everyday as a chance to become better. I am a reliable teammate and pride myself on being detail oriented in my daily routines. My strengths are my ability to effectively communicate with clients, collaborate with teammates and pick up new information rapidly. I graduated from San Jose State University with a degree in business management in 2009. Professionally I have experience in technical troubleshooting and electronic file delivery reconciliation through my operational consultant position within the EDI department of Bank of America. I have experience in accounts receivable, payment processing, general accounting, reconciliation and cash management from my analyst position at UC Berkeley. I have worked in the retail banking industry as a branch manager for Stanford Federal Credit Union. While in the retail banking industry I learned the different approaches, philosophies, and sales techniques needed to be successful. My management style evolved into a manager that leads from the front and never from the rear. Willing to roll up my sleeves and do whatever it takes for my team to be successful. My ability to be creative and think outside the box allows me to find solutions to complex tasks as they arise.
