About David Hopper

I provide consultation and direct support services to clients in disaster response, recovery, and mitigation. With over a decade of experience in government administration and resiliency, I have developed strong skills in organizational and human capacity building, stakeholder engagement, and project management. My mission is to help fellow humans and the communities and organizations they represent build their own capacity to improve their futures. I leverage my education in US and international law, history, sociology, democratic governance, rule of law, and national security to address complex and multidimensional challenges across humanitarian crises and disaster response and mitigation. I also serve as a co-founder and Chief Compliance Officer in a veteran-led consortium that integrates advanced unmanned aerial systems, force tracking technology, and sophisticated measures to optimize climate resilience through disaster mitigation and hazardous reduction techniques.
