I am a highly experienced manufacturing professional with extensive experience and interaction with all disciplines involved in operation, maintenance, auditing, and compliance of a major hazard chemical manufacturing facility. I have experience in design, construction, commissioning, supervision, production, maintenance and fault finding. I have a passion for keeping people safe, safety is paramount to all other demands. My strengths include deep technical understanding of structural, mechanical, electrical, instrument, chemical and process control. I have extensive experience in problem solving and incident investigation using varied investigative techniques and data gathering processes. I have been employed in heavy industry fabricating and erecting structural steelwork. I have maintained and repaired heavy earthmoving equipment. I have used a DCS for 9 years to monitor, control, troubleshoot and interrogate trend data, which has enabled me to implement preventative maintenance regimes as well as document reliability of new equipment.
