I see myself as an accomplished executive and operations professional with over 20+ years’ experience in strategy, development, project management, marketing, operations, staff development, budgeting, and policy development. This work started for me as a business owner in the creative and marketing industry; after which, I employed these same skills in leadership within the faith community. I strive to use strategic thinking balanced with a careful attention to business and operational details. My planning and abilities have led to growth and improvements in property, events, and human relations while managing numerous large-scale (millions of dollars) and smaller-scale initiatives. My work, combined with 20+ years' operational management, prior business ownership, and an entrepreneurial mindset has served organizations and teams. I have a proven track record and thrive in improvement-oriented environments where many opportunities are available to assess, redesign, and amend. In all, I am committed to productivity, project management and success with integrity. I am very accustomed to simultaneously managing multiple projects from requirements gathering and resource planning to deployment.
