I’m a senior commercial and client experience leader with over 20 years of experience helping organisations grow through client-centric strategy, relationship building, and scalable delivery. Currently, I serve as Director of Business Development at University College London (UCL) within the Global Business School for Health (GBSH), the world’s first business school dedicated to improving health and healthcare management through education, research, and innovation. My focus is on driving the commercial strategy for executive education, developing global partnerships, and shaping programmes that strengthen leadership and innovation across the health sector. My career spans business development and commercial partnerships, with leadership roles at London Business School, Bayes Business School, and the University of London. I’ve focused on commercialising education to deliver value for both learners and institutions, connecting client needs to strategic solutions, improving retention and repeat business, and creating conditions for sustainable revenue growth. At London Business School (LBS), I led a 17-person team (including a people manager) to strengthen client relationships, optimise the end-to-end client journey, and contribute to record revenue across Executive Education. I built scalable engagement frameworks, enhanced risk visibility, and aligned cross-functional teams, enabling LBS to serve a broader global client base and achieve top Financial Times rankings (#1 Open,#2 Custom).
