He has worked in the manufacturing industry for over three decades holding numerous positions including union representative, foreman, manager, trainer and business owner. David has extensive experience with negotiating contracts and sensitive matters on behalf of both employers and employees. Throughout his career, he has excelled at training numerous workers and implementing quality control measures to ensure the highest of standards.
