About David Hughson

Since 2007 I have been a grateful member of The GreenHouse Group located in Mission Valley. My contribution is taking people by the hand and walking them through the uncomfortable space called buying or refinancing a home. I am a native Californian who has lived in several locations statewide but I have called San Diego home for 25 years. After spending 10 years in San Diego as a kid my family moved to northern California where I spent my high school and college years. In 1998 I graduated from Pacific Union College with a BA in Spanish and minor in Business and in 2001 my brother and I moved back to San Diego. At this time we were in the middle of a real estate boom and I had always wanted to own a home but didn’t think it was possible to do so working as a bank teller and waiter. After working two jobs seven days a week I successfully purchased my first home in 2002 and unexpectedly it lit a fire in me to help others do the same. I entered this business as a home buyer and within a year of purchasing my first home I got my real estate sales license in 2003 I’m so grateful and humbled to be a part of someone’s journey to home ownership. My purpose is to serve others by extending a hand and helping people get from where they are now to where they want to be. I am currently a licensed Real Estate Broker.
