Many years of interaction with leading practitioners and thought leaders in the field of growth and innovation management, through Clareo Partners, IRI and Motorola.Over 37 years with Motorola in a wide variety of functional roles including new product development, manufacturing, quality assurance (holder of a Black Belt), system development and deployment, and communication services business organization.As part of the Motorola Chief Technology Office created and led a technology acquisition organization and was a founder of the Early Stage Accelerator Group, an internal "venture fund" and incubator for dispruptive innovation concepts. The ESA activity included early stage project assessment, idea business case development, portfolio management and direct project incubation leadership for over 40 diversified opportunities and oversight for more than 100 additional projects.Over 10 years of participation in the Industrial Research Instititue (IRI), a premier organization for R&D leaders active in management of growth and innovation. Former member of its Board of Directors.
