About David Hunter

As the Technical Director in Evalue Innovacion, a leading Spanish consultancy company specialized in enabling clients to access funding from Spanish and European Union programs and assisting with the development of grant funded projects, I have over 9 years experience in R&D management as a business developing strategy. I graduated from the University of Hull (England) with a B.Sc. in Marine and Freshwater Biology, where I was lucky to be a part of the Hull International Fisheries Institute´s research team, formed by respected professionals such as Prof. Ian Cowx (director of the Institute and an authority in his field) and where I was involved in numerous research and environmental conservation projects. During this time I established a good relationship with the Environment Agency of England, from whom I received a grant in order to undertake a Masters degree. Since 2006 I have developed my career mostly as part of major companies involved in the integrated management of R&D strategies as well as providing overall business advice. I have acquired extensive experience in this field and within a short period of time I was able to attain a high responsibility position.
