I have successfully planned operations for a soldier unit in combat and participated with Federal Emergency Management Agency planners as they developed their regional contingency plans. • Briefing large and small groups. I have had to often brief complex plans to senior officials in a manner that is easily understood and can explain technical issues in a manner that is easily understood by people with a non-technical background.
