I am a Professional Engineer with about 15 years of experience specializing in sustainable and high-performance building design, construction, and commissioning for healthcare, laboratory, and institutional buildings. I have extensive experience in providing truly integrated design solutions for modern challenges and place a high-value on continuing education and professional development as a means for personal growth. As Partner at Dillon Consulting, I provide leadership and technical expertise to internal and external teams for a wide variety of multidisciplinary facility projects. I manage a diverse range of projects and strive to deliver an exceptional client experience. Over the years, I have joined or led a diverse range of teams. My focus with each has been fostering teamwork and collaboration to reach people-oriented solutions. Whether joining a team to plan an awareness campaign for the International Poverty Eradication Day, leading a team of engineers designing a hybrid operating room, or facilitating a team-building session for a group of young community leaders, I've seen time again how reaching out and connecting with people leads to the most impactful solution.
