As an Infrastructure Manager for Accenture, I’ve worked with technology and practice leaders on developing, implementing, and managing VMWare migration for a multinational inspection, product testing, and certification leader. Project scope included 65+ applications and 150+ servers at a regional data center in Houston, TX, and leveraged my consensus building and leadership skills to align various stakeholders with client-directed goals. My strategic leadership was a key component in building our high performance server environment for Ricoh Americas Corporation, and I was instrumental in designing a resilient, scalable infrastructure to meet long-term growth goals. Selected Career Highlights: Executed master project plans to migrate 65 applications and 150 servers; rapidly built capacity both on and offshore and collaborated extensively with network, engineering, and migration teams. Virtualized 200+ Windows servers using VMware 3.5; migrated the environment from New Jersey to Georgia. Delivered project on time and on budget and with zero outages or service delays. Implemented Microsoft Clustering technologies on 12 Windows NAS servers at six Tier 1 locations; executed disaster recovery of each location to the GA data center.
