Established in 1998, DiSanto & Associates, Inc. a Supply Chain Analysis & Optimization firm which assists companies in re-alignment of logistics/distribution networks geared to cost reduction. Assisting and aligning as a true extension arm for business units in assorted industries, utilizing networking capabilities, cost strategies with the movement of product for both domestic and international logistics. Geared to improve the bottom line and enhance and support both supplier and customer. Working 12 years with an ITW business unit and multiple ITW business units inter-company consulting projects have provided an excellent background in management, organization, and process improvement. The success of ITW ( Illinois Tool Works ) has been a result of their belief in the philosophies of 80/20 analysis of business practices, simplification of operational procedures which are utilized through-out the entire supply chain. With over 30 years in supply chain, corporate management, inter-company consulting both from a corporation perspective and third party service provider. The DiSanto philosophy is deeply wedded in "practicing what I preach." The applied research and innovative thinking is grounded with reality of helping real companies get solid results a real "bull dog approach" to cost reduction and optimization. DiSanto many accomplishments include, co-founding member and Chairman of ITW Construction Products Logistics Council U.S.(1989-1997) cost reduction in Europe and Canada. Introduction and assisting in implementation of JIT manufacturing, TQM techniques in manufacturing, distribution and customer service functions. Re-aligning business logistics to be more "team" focused, competitive and profitable.
