Head of HASSAL Faculty | St. Philip’s CollegeAs the Head of the HASSAL Faculty at St. Philip’s College, I lead the coordination and administration of our faculty’s academic programs. I am responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating each learning program within our department, ensuring they meet the highest educational standards. Reporting to the Director of Curriculum, I play a critical role in shaping and enhancing the curriculum, including the development of new areas such as the integration of Business studies, and fostering interdisciplinary learning through collaborative faculty initiatives.In addition to my curriculum responsibilities, I am dedicated to supporting the professional growth of our staff. I organise regular meetings and professional development sessions, and I take an active role in the induction process for new teachers, providing them with orientation, mentorship, and ongoing support.My role also encompasses key administrative duties, such as managing budgets, resource allocation, and scheduling, all while ensuring the accurate maintenance of comprehensive records. I am deeply committed to the academic and personal growth of our students, engaging closely with them and working alongside the pastoral care team to ensure their well-being is prioritised.
