I am a passionate believer in the career of a financial services advisor. I have spent a career assisting advisors develop meaningful and impactful practices as well as assisting clients meet their financial goals and dreams. My career dates back to the Spring of 1986. serving roles as Financial Services Representative, Field Trainer, Branch Manager, Managing Director, Senior Agency Sales Director and currently Managing Sales Director. Along the way I earned many Leaders Conference, One Chairmen’s Conference and One Regional Office of the Year. Currently, I lead the Central Carolina sales organization, a unit of MassMutual Carolinas. My focus is developing new advisors entering the industry; transitioning experienced advisors to MassMutual Carolinas opportunity and providing coaching as well as practice development guidance to the existing advisor team.
