About David Jacobson

I am passionate about building resilient and attractive communities, and I have significant hands-on experience providing leadership on complex mixed-use real estate developments. I founded Trace Projects Ltd. to apply this experience and passion as both a consultant and as a developer of purpose-driven projects. The skills that I have acquired over almost two decades in the design, development and construction industry involve all aspects of project delivery, start to finish; from assessing the development potential and financial performance of development sites, through to turning over the keys to a new building. I strive for nothing less than exceptional results, and I focus on achieving these by creating effective systems, building and mentoring collaborative teams, and forging strong long-term relationships.
