CAREER AND PROFESSION With a strong foundation in Exercise Physiology and a deep understanding of Workers' Compensation, I have developed a unique skill set that bridges the gap between physical rehabilitation, injury prevention, and workplace wellness. By collaborating with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and employers, I ensure a comprehensive approach to managing workers' compensation cases, ensuring the best outcomes for all involved parties. I am committed to promoting health, wellness, and safety in the workplace through exercise science, workplace rehabilitation, and injury management expertise. FOOTBALL JOURNEY My football journey began at 10/11—although later than most of my peers—my natural talent and relentless determination saw me progress quickly through the ranks. By 13, I had earned a key spot in the National Premier League, and National Training Centre. By 15, I made my first-team debut, and soon after secured trials with top European clubs, including the likes of Manchester City, Burnley FC, and Hull City. However, just as my future seemed limitless, injuries and the pressures of balancing academics with athletics forced a temporary setback. However I refused to be defined by these setbacks and challenges. Today, I am more determined than ever to reclaim my place at the top. My journey is a testament to the power of resilience: while we may not control the obstacles life throws at us, we always have the choice over how we face them. I want my story to remind others that with hard work, dedication, and faith in God, anything is possible. ATHLETES IN CHRIST *Mission: As an athlete, christian, and exercise physiologist, my mission is to empower other athletes to nurture their faith, unlock their full athletic potential, and steward their gifts for a greater purpose. I strive to integrate the principles of exercise science and faith to spread the gospel to all nations and bring glory to Christ in everything I do. Inspired by 1 Peter 4:10 (NLT), I believe that each of us is called to use our unique gifts to serve others and advance God’s kingdom.*Vision: My vision is to create a community of athletes who not only excel in their sport but also grow in their faith, using their athletic journey as a platform to inspire others. Through the integration of faith and science, I seek to equip athletes to live out their purpose, reaching new heights in performance while sharing the message of Christ’s love.
