I have worked in the IT industry since finishing university in 2005, I started as a hardware engineer, travelling to small to medium business fixing desktop computers and learning what my strengths are. I quickly went from this to 2nd line support then managing the help desk & support staff. I am a director of MDBIT Ltd as of 2009 providing IT consultancy and support. Activities included Active Directory management, MS Server 2008/2012, network trouble shooting, data encryption & security, installation and set-up of servers, hubs, routers hardware and switches and Backup services. VMware and other virtual technologies including firewalls. IT infrastructure installation and support. Cabling Servers Exchange Email Websites Laptops tablets systems visual Everything else in between.
