About David Jarvis

Experienced systems engineer with a career spanning over 15 years in the rail sector, specialising in track, machinery, and rolling stock systems. Originally from England and based in Sweden since 2005, I bring a cross-cultural perspective and fluency in both English and Swedish. In recent years, I have held dual roles at Euromaint, combining deep technical expertise in onboard vehicle systems with data-driven development to enhance maintenance strategies. As a Systems Specialist, I have focused on modernising and improving vehicle systems to increase operational efficiency. In parallel, as a System Developer/Manager, I have led the development and implementation of a real-time vehicle monitoring system, enabling predictive maintenance through live data analytics. My experience covers engineering design, system integration, and strategic technology improvements across the rail industry, with a strong emphasis on innovation, collaboration, and long-term reliability.
