My name is David Jeffers and I am the former Chief Financial Officer of TeamDynamix Solutions LLC, a rapidly growing technology company providing Colleges and Universities with advanced and highly flexible IT Service Management and Project Management solutions. TeamDynamix was sold recently with a 4x return for previous owners (30 month holding period). Previously, I was the senior Financial executive for a number of global operational groups within SunGard Data Systems (now part of FIS). I have success in managing highly sophisticated products primarily servicing Financial Services and Higher Education clients; managing financial currency risk related to operating throughout the world; extensive contract review and interaction with Sales in regard to addressing the complex Software revenue recognition rules; and actively leading the financial and operational due diligence and post-integration on 8 successful acquisitions, along with 2 dispositions. I have been effective in both managing the growth of "hot" businesses, and in my last role at SunGard, was specifically sought out to lead a turnaround situation at an underperforming business. My leadership style engenders loyalty and high performance. I have been successful in both managing diverse groups of people operating across the globe and developing and retaining my employees.
